We talk
You send us your name, email and phone number, and we call you. We ask what the business does, who your customers are, what sets you apart, and whether you have a logo or images we should stick to. If you don’t, we’ll sort it out.

Tell us about the business and what you’d like more of. Send photos if you have some from work.
We
Listen, ask questions and take notes. The call is free and commits you to nothing.

We make a finished draft
Not a sketch, but a website you can click around on your phone and computer. Design, images and finished copy. If you want something different, we adjust it. A round or two is completely normal.

Look through the draft and tell us what’s right and what isn’t.

Design, copy, images and setup. Everything you see in the draft is made for your business.

When you say yes
You approve, and we launch
We sort out the domain, hosting, security certificate and Google setup. Then we show you how to change text and images yourself, if you want to. No course needed.

Approve it. If you already have a domain, we keep it with no downtime.

The site is live, and we stay on
The part that takes longest is rarely ours; it’s getting the domain sorted and getting photos from you. If you have those ready, it goes faster. After launch, this is included in the monthly price:

What does the draft cost?
Nothing. You get a finished draft within two working days, free and with no obligation. If you say no thanks, it costs you nothing.
What if I don’t like the draft?
Then tell us what isn’t right and we’ll adjust it. A round or two is common. If you’d rather leave it, that’s completely fine.
How much of my own time does it take?
Allow fifteen minutes on the phone and a little time to read through the draft. Beyond that, we do the work.
What do you need from me?
Information about the business in a phone call. A logo and photos are nice to have, but not a requirement.
Can you move my old website?
We make a new site, but keep your domain and make sure the switch happens without downtime.
